This site was designed to support channel marketing efforts by providing an easy solution for viewing, customizing and ordering HP print ads for use in reseller catalogs and various publications.

The ordering process is simple:

  1. Review the available ads, considering which one is best suited to your audience and objectives.
  2. Click on the links next to the ad for a larger view or to send the ad to a colleague to preview before ordering.
  3. Click on the "Order this ad" link to access the order form.
  4. Complete the order form. In addition to basic size specifications that you must provide, you may have up to three customization options (depending on which print ad you select): upload your logo, add a short call-to-action message and/or select a printer to feature.
  5. Submit the completed form—you'll receive an e-mail confirmation of your order within two business days.
  6. Please allow five business days to produce your customized print ad; the final ad file(s) will then be sent directly to the publication, per its file-delivery requirements.

FAQs

May I request posters and other types of materials using the ad creative?

The maximum print size using the ads is 11"X13". If you have a specific request, please contact the Program HQ at programhq@bbdo.com. This site is intended to support typical print advertising efforts and is not funded for highly‐customized alternatives.

What is this going to cost us?

Nothing. HP incurs the cost in order to provide partners with a turnkey solution to enhance their advertising marketing efforts.

What happens after submitting my order?

You will receive an e‐mail confirmation of your order within two business days. The print ad will be customized per your specifications within five business days, and then the final ad file(s) will be sent directly to the publication via its preferred file‐delivery method. The publication will receive a color proof if it requires one, or if it has a circulation of 10,000 or more.

What's the turnaround time for getting finished materials?

Allow five business days from order submission for the entire production cycle. At that point, the final print-ad file(s) will be sent directly to the publication via its preferred file‐delivery method. Delivery may be delayed due to holidays, so please give us as much time as possible. We cannot guarantee that orders received fewer than five business days from a publication's due date will be delivered on time.

Do I need to review materials?

No.

Can I change the text or imagery in the ads?

No. Only select areas of the ad can be customized. Depending on the ad chosen, you may add a URL or phone number; however, the main messaging and imagery cannot change.

Does the program support Canadian resellers?

Yes. Localized versions of these ads are available in three languages: U.S. English, British English and Quebec French. You must select the right version when completing the order form.

Where can I get co-branded HP PurchasEdge ads or tradeshow materials?

Log on to www.purchasedge.com/reseller and go to the "Customizable Materials" page, where you can co-brand and download print-ready files.
